Responsibilities:
1. Handle full spectrum of HR functions including all staffing matters such as recruitment and ****ion, employment contract renewal, staff relations
2. Provide one-stop account servicing to designated departments and act as focal point of contact for employees concerned
3. Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR team such as data entry, activities coordination, filing, minutes taking etc.
4. Ensure HR compliance in accordance to legislative requirements
5. Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
1. Degree holder with at least 3 years solid experience in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
2. Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proactive, meticulous, independent and highly analytical
5. Keenness to take on new challenges and team work oriented
6. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced and changing environment
7. Good command of Chinese and English
8. Knowledge in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel's Vlookup and Pivot table
